Hi, I'm Sheena, an experienced and BABCP Accredited Psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR. I am here to help you on your journey towards managing Chronic Pain and reclaiming your life.

Having spent many years providing evidence based therapy to many, I discovered 10 years ago my true passion is supporting people with chronic pain.  You might have come across me as The Pain Therapist on social media, where I've dedicated years to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by those living with chronic pain.

I am here to empower you to feel in control, providing you with the tools and support necessary to promote positive psychological wellbeing despite the challenges posed by chronic pain.
