I know this road. Because I walk it too. I'm Sheena, a BABCP accredited psychotherapist with 16 years specialising in chronic pain and women's health. I also have chronic pain myself, I'm also navigating perimenopause. I swim in cold water in the Peak District and I use doTERRA essential oils and meditation as part of my daily nervous system rituals.
